The new property is DoubleTree by Hilton’s third brand in Northeast China and the 11th property in China. It offers 389 well-appointed guestrooms, including 25 suites; two restaurants; a lobby lounge; an indoor swimming pool; and an eforea:spa at Hilton.
The guest rooms offer contemporary scale of comfort. The area of the rooms varies in the range of 36 square meters for Standard rooms to 43 square meters for Executive rooms. All the guestrooms have a separate work area, flat-screen television, signature DoubleTree by Hilton Sweet Dreams bed, bathroom with separate shower, and bath tub, and high-speed Internet access.
The suites vary in area in the range of 80 square metre to 120 square meter, and offer home-like comfort. The rooms also have light and airy feel and offer expansive views of the city. The guests in the suites have access to Executive Lounge.
To pamper the taste buds of the guests, the new DoubleTree by Hilton offers multiple dining options, which consist of Elements, an all-day dining restaurant offering the brand’s signature Wake Up DoubleTree Breakfast; Yi Yuan Chinese restaurant, featuring 11 private dining rooms with a décor which hints of the culture and tradition of China; and Lobby Lounge that allows the guest to enjoy tea, coffee or drinks in a relaxing setting. The guest can also enjoy live piano performances by candlelight in the night at the lounge.
The hotel also offers 2,400 square meters of meeting and banquet space that can accommodate a maximum of 1,200 guests. It features one pillar-less Grand Ballroom and 18 meeting rooms.
To round-off the health offering, the DoubleTree by Hilton Shenyang offers a 24-meter heated indoor swimming pool and fitness club by Precor featuring high-quality exercise equipment. The hotel also feature eforea:spa, which is the second eforea:spa at Hilton in China. The eforea:spa combines three distinct ranges of treatments based on organic, natural and scientific, results-driven practices. The spa has six single spa suites, two couples’ spa suites, tranquil relaxation areas, foot massage and manicure/pedicure lounges, extensive thermal facilities including aromatherapy steam rooms and experience showers.
