The construction of the store incorporates various environmentally-friendly techniques which increased the ventilation of the building and reduced water consumption. The store displays a 30% reduction in water use and a 30% increase in ventilation.

The store also operates with minimum impact on the environment. The layout is a major departure from traditional store layouts. The internal design has been created by FITCH. The products have been displayed in a new way, which adds to the customer experience.
