The houses of the facility imbibe several green features such as efficient insulation unit, and 14 SEER HVAC equipment. They also comprise high SRI roof system and solar shades. The lighting fixtures installed in the houses run low on energy consumption. Incorporation of renewable bamboo flooring, low VOC paints, and Energy Star-certified appliances add to their sustainability.
The community too sports a host of eco-friendly elements. It includes rain sensor-controlled irrigation systems, and recycling bins. Presence of electric vehicle car charging stations, and preferred fuel efficient parking spaces boosts the green venture.
