Spread over approximately 15 acres of land, the Godrej E-City project will be launched in three phases. The project is expected to feature approximately 800 apartments across one million square feet of real estate.
Phase 1 will consist of eight, five-storied buildings and offer about 280 homes across 3.6 lakh square feet. Customers can choose from 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments, ranging from 964 square feet to 1,625 square feet.
In order to provide an upscale living experience to the home dwellers, the Godrej E-City will offer various amenities including a modern clubhouse, a well-equipped gymnasium, swimming pools, a health club, a conference hall, and a convenience store.
In addition to that, it will also feature various sports facilities like an indoor squash court, a badminton court, a children’s play area and a jogging track, which will be constructed besides indoor game facilities like table tennis and snooker.
Designed to provide a sustainable housing scheme to the residents, the project will use eco-friendly materials and will integrate environment-sensitive passive architectural solutions to minimise the carbon emissions associated with the development.
Various environment-friendly features like electric car charging facility, rainwater harvesting, solar heating, use of hydrogel for water conservation, low VOC paints and water-efficient fixtures will be incorporated in the project design. Also, 70% of the project will be covered in landscaped gardens and open spaces.
