Kalkwarf Architects are the lead consultants for the Grosvenor Gardens House redevelopment scheme with Paul Davis + Partners as advisors. To be constructed around three separate cores, the proposed luxury residential apartments are arranged over six floors. Its amenities will include a wellness and spa centre in the basement along with a pool and various other facilities for the residents.

The first to fourth floors of the proposed scheme will feature smaller one and two bed apartments, whereas the fifth and sixth floors will contain seven duplex penthouse apartments with a narrow non-accessible private terrace serving each.

It will feature retail space at ground floor and lower ground floor, which will remain largely as existing, albeit refurbished and re-tenanted along Grosvenor Gardens.

Apart from that the new boutique retail space or restaurant space will also be offered facing Eaton Lane. Currently, there are 42 apartments in the scheme.
