The 26-storied apartment tower will comprise of 240 higher-end units, with a mix of 18 studios, 175 one-bedroom units, 43 two-bedroom units and four three-bedroom units.
The apartment tower will also include 4,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. A 2,000 square feet outdoor space along the Chinatown section of the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway, would also be added.
The tower is being made from glass, granite and concrete. US-based Suffolk Construction is the builder of this project, which is expected to be finished by mid-2014.
