Activating an approximately 80,000-square-foot site located along the Broadway retail corridor, the new retail scheme will be a two-storey, multi-tenant development.
The retail development will feature approximately 130 covered parking spaces that will make up the site, which is located on 230th Street between Broadway and the Major Deegan Expressway.
The development is targeting LEED certification, and is expected to open its doors to the shoppers in the fall of 2014. Equity One is the developer of the project. It is expected to be a key component of the continuing revitalisation of the Broadway corridor running from West 225th Street to West 238th Street.
