Designed by Florida-based interior design firm, Kelli Interior Design Studio, the 3,525 square feet Ponte Vedra Grande air residences will feature four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a gourmet double-island kitchen, formal living and dining rooms, a study, family room and a three-car garage. The outdoor living area of the home will feature an optional outdoor kitchen and an optional pool and spa.
To provide a cool and calm atmosphere, the interiors of the homes will feature soft neutral colour palette. The living room, dining room, study and master bedroom are adorned with milk chocolate toned hickory hardwood flooring, with the kitchen boasting a clean stylish look with 18-inch light Travertine tile.
Featuring decorative soffit details and a beamed ceiling, the foyer opens to the living room. The lanai includes an optional outdoor kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Ubatuba granite countertops. An optional L-shaped pool and spa are also included in the design plan to provide relaxation and comfort.
The homes also feature a study room, which includes a built-in desk and a shelf unit that wraps around the space’s clipped walls and television set, mounted above the desk. A round table in the dining room is outfitted with upholstered chairs.
The kitchen featuring Portobello finish cabinetry complements the natural sand-toned quartz countertops and a polished mosaic backsplash with variations of white, canary yellow and natural sand colours.
Featuring milk chocolate toned hickory floor with a Tibetan area rug, an upholstered headboard, the master bedroom opens to the covered lanai and pool deck. The master bath with tub deck and shower walls with inlaid onyx marble accents and light Travertine flooring, and white vanity cabinet, complements the master bedroom.
In addition to that, it also provides various amenities like two golf courses designed by the American golf course designer Arthur Hills, a club house, a ballroom, wine grotto, full-service spa and beauty salon, a fitness centre and a lagoon-style solarium pool.
Construction of the Ponte Vedra Grande model homes will be completed by mid-January 2013.
