Habersham Designs files suit against G&J Styles and Halo Styles
Habersham Designs (Habersham Designs) filed a lawsuit against G&J Styles Inc. (G&J Styles) and Halo Styles LLC (Halo Styles) in the U.S. District Court, Illinois. As per the lawsuit, Habersham claims that G&J Styles and Halo Styles infringed several of its copyrighted furniture designs. It also claimed that the defendants distributed copies of its furniture pieces.
