The 40-storey tall pipeline scheme will be 444-feet high, and will be located at 815 Pine Street, in downtown Seattle across the street from the Paramount Theatre. The scheme will offer 386 residential units, and 276 parking spaces in six level parking garage, which will consist of three underground levels and three above-ground levels, positioned above the ground floor.
The ground floor of the building will offer 4,200-square feet of restaurant space. The other amenities for the residents will consist of a swimming pool and outdoor garden space in a rooftop club, a resident theatre and fitness centre at the sixth floor.
The façade of the three-levels of the garage, above the ground floor, facing Ninth Avenue and Pine Street is likely to have LED-backlit glass art walls, featuring shifting colours. This colourful facade will refer to the light and colour of the historic Paramount and shops on the Pine Street.
The residential units will range from 450 square feet to 1,250 square feet. The units will be a mix of studio through three-bedroom units. The development is slated for completion in late 2014. Upon completion, the building is poised to be the tallest residential skyscraper to be built in Seattle in past five years.
