The new property is the tenth Holiday Inn Express hotel in Canada. The 91-room hotel features amenities such as golf courses and restaurants, shopping and corporate offices.

The Holiday Inn brand relaunch program was first announced in 2007, and was developed with an intention to create a more contemporary brand image to increase quality and consistency.

The program focuses on arrival and welcome services, guestroom, and guest bath comfort. The global estate of more than 3,200 Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express properties is expected to be relaunched by the end of 2010.
