Exemplifying the standards of the $1 billion Holiday Inn relaunch, the Holiday Inn Lavasa, Mugaon will be a 200-room mid-scale hotel. It will feature new signage, exterior landscaping and design, and a re-designed lobby.
Apart from that, the new hotel will also feature a de-cluttered reception desk and all-new signature scents and sounds. To cater to business guests, the hotel will also feature a fully-equipped business centre along with conferencing facilities and expansive banqueting facilities.
Construction of the new hotel is likely to commence in the third quarter of 2013, with the hotel expected to open by 2015.
