Maximising the accommodation options in Hampshire, the project will be developed on disused garage sites. The garage sites will be demolished to create three separate sites within a five mile radius. Construction will then begin on five new properties comprising three two-bedroom bungalows, a two-bedroom house and a three-bedroom house. The project will utilise traditional brick and block construction.

External landscaping for each plot will be carried out and other sustainable elements will also be included in the scheme to achieve a Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 environmental performance rating. Upon completion, the scheme will be a modern, high performance accommodation for residents.

The Radian Group Framework enables other regional registered social landlords in the Hampshire area to procure work via the framework. This is the first project that ISG will undertake as part of the framework.

The site will be prepared for construction in January 2013, which will start in April. It will span for 30 weeks.
