Works under the renovation include improvements to the training room, coaches’ offices, X-ray room and swimming pools.
The Jaguars organization has submitted building plans and a permit application for renovations in March 2013. The $3 million first-phase of project was completed in 2012.
Meanwhile, the locker-room and other improvements which started in 2012 will continue. The coach and locker-room facilities, built in 1995, have not been renovated till date.

Turner Construction is the contractor for the project, while Kansas City-based Populous is the interior designer.
The second phase is expected to be completed in the summer of 2013.
