The Birch Hills Apartment Homes is located at 245 N. Kraemer Blvd., adjacent to the Birch Hills Golf Course. The project involves development of 115 units, ranging from one to three bedroom garden-style apartment homes.
The project also involves development of 4,400 square-feet community recreation centre, laundry facilities, and landscaped community spaces for outdoor recreation and garages for each resident.
The amenities for the residents will consist of conference rooms, a media room, community kitchen, computer lab, and classroom space in the community building. The outdoor amenities will consist of a spa and pool, dining areas, tot lots and a community garden.
Jamboree roped in Kana Pipeline to provide underground wet utility pipeline infrastructure services, which is scheduled for completion in late 2012. The overall project is scheduled for completion in August 2013. The project is being aspired for LEED Platinum certification.
