Located at the Cube, 45 Leith Street in Edinburgh, the interior of the company’s new headquarters has been designed to define the style and substance of the renowned brand. The design brief for the new space required a modern and flexible workplace for staff that defined their presence in Edinburgh city centre and globally, along with a unique interior allowing staff to demonstrate the strength of their brand.
The headquarters of Glenmorangie occupy the top floors of the Cube, which offers panoramic views stretching north over the Port of Leith and east to Calton Hill with two roof gardens. The fourth floor is predominantly a staff only area featuring breakout areas, meeting rooms, executive offices and brand/market development areas. The fifth floor also features office areas focused around the bespoke corporate hospitality areas of the discovery wall, company bar and sensory room.
A major element of the fit-out was a signature style across the two floors, visible to staff and visitors alike, featuring veneered panelling of varying finishes, glass, customised lighting and creative placement of product, company heritage and brand values.
