Situated between two commercial office buildings, The Premier will house 160 units, which will feature stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and wide plank flooring. It will also offer six levels of parking including two below grade. The amenities of the building include bike storage with changing room, rooftop terrace, lounging clubroom and ground-floor retail.
The 14-storey building is targeting to achieve the LEED certification, which provides independent, third-party verification that a building project meets the highest performance standards.
The construction for the building is scheduled to start in July 2012. The project delivery is anticipated in the winter of 2013.
KBR won the contract to build The Premier from Guardian Realty Investors. KBR Building Group will also provide construction management services for the building.
