Said to be the latest minimalist boutique hotel in London, the new La Suite West features 80 bedrooms, which reflects traditional minimal Asian design.
Set on a quiet, leafy street on the hedge of Hyde Park, the design of the hotel follows a strict architectural form to achieve a minimalistic Eastern aesthetic featuring elegant colour palette throughout the hotel.
Creating a classic look, the hotel features dark corridors and a gloriously soaring atrium with a six metre high wood front door. It is designed as a stark temple of black and white, and features clean lines, which meets sharp angles and sculptural forms. An inky-black marble floor corridor in the hotel leads the guests up to an elegant long white marble reception desk, which resembles more of an art piece than a place to check-in.
All the guest rooms in the hotel feature four-poster beds and black rubber chairs and marble spacious bathrooms. To create an elegant aesthetic, white marble from Carrara has been used throughout the hotel.
Apart from that, the hotel also features beautifully landscaped private terrace, which features lovingly pruned plants, trees and hedges, which complements the American white oak benches adorned with karge hurruicane lamps.
