The ‘Half Cut’ pieces have been created by integrating the unused crystal stoppers from Broom’s Decanterlight collection gathered over the years.
The bases of the glassware have been made with decanter stoppers, which provide a stunning look to this three-piece collection, serving both as a functional and decorative element for each glass.
Sporting a unique look, each piece has been made with original decanters individually sourced from antique markets and shops throughout London. Each stopper is polished, cut and then fused with a hand blown lead crystal vessel, which forms the glass and etched on the bottom with the signature Lee Broom crest.
Infusing a sense of heritage and craftsmanship in its design, the glassware pieces can be used as decorative pieces to enhance the aesthetic of the area.
The collection will be available at Liberty department store in London from 14 November 2012.
