The Tapiola project will be developed along the Obvodny Canal near Moskovsky Prospekt in central St. Petersburg. The development will offer approximately 50,000 square metre of residential area, which will consist of around 800 apartments that will be of business class. In addition, the site will also offer around 5,000 square metres of commercial space, and around 350 underground parking spots.
The company plans to commence work immediately on the site, which involves demolition of the existing buildings.
The construction on the scheme is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2013. The company anticipates delivering almost 50% of the residential units by the third quarter of 2014 and plans to wrap up the project in the third quarter of 2015.
