The architectural plan is being conceived by the American architectural firm TCA. The 240-unit apartment community will be a seven-storied, type III, podium style community that will feature contemporary designs in exteriors, while retaining the region’s tradition.
The scheme will feature townhomes, 17,000 square feet of retail outlets, and three floors of subterranean parking. It will offer common facilities such as swimming pool and spa, a fitness centre on two floors, game and café lounge, club, rooftop porch and living area. A public parking lot will also be offered with space for 100 vehicles.
Construction is expected to begin by March 2013. Pritzker Realty Group is SRG’s finance associate for the project.
