The stadium will be a seven-story structure and will feature team offices and luxury suites. The stadium will have a retractable roof. The sliding roof’s base will be slanting in north from 157 feet to 127 feet in south. The stadium will have a capacity of 37,000 spectators. Seats will be near to the field, with most of the seats getting the view of the sky when the roof is open. There are six movable glass panels over the left field.
The stadium will also feature two parking garages, restaurants and retail stores in north and south flanks of the stadium.
With the construction of new water and sewer lines in progress, and the construction of the grandstand and bathrooms moving ahead, the stadium is expected to open its doors by April 2012.
