The airport features one airfield with four runways and two terminal buildings – Terminal- 1 Lindbergh and Terminal- 2 Humphrey – each with adjoining parking ramp facilities. In addition, the airport also provides complimentary WiFi access at both terminals, portable device charging stations at terminal-1, and power seating areas at terminal-2.

Kids play areas have been featured in Terminal 1 near gate C12. For those flying out of the Hubert Humphrey Airport, there is a similar play area. A vending machine offering baby items is located at the Terminal 1 right in the children’s play area.

A nursing room is located at the top of the elevators next to gate c13. Located at the beginning of concourse E at Terminal 1, the family centre offers comfortable seating, a family restroom, a rocking chair and a crib. Companion care restrooms are also provided at the airport, which are spacious and offer diaper changing stations that make bathroom stops with children more convenient.

Travelers who need to transfer from one terminal to the other can avail of the light rail transit service. There is no pedestrian access between the buildings.

US-based interior design firm ICRAVE designed the F&B spaces at the airport. ICRAVE is currently working on developing a new set of standards for airports around the world by adapting terminal design to reflect changing TSA regulations and rising consumer standards, while placing special emphasis on minimising anxiety of the travelers.
