The design of the hotel will be built on the lines of luxury boutique hotels in Europe and America, and features 125 luxury rooms, a presidential suite, a dining area, casino and a health spa.
In tune with the latest eco-friendly hotels, it will include green roofs, solar panels and solar control. The hotel will use intelligent lighting, thermal and colored glass and explore the use of evaporative cooling for passive cooling.

The United Africa Group owns 50% of the Freedom Plaza mega development project, while the remaining 50% is owned by Redefine Income Fund a major property firm.
