Complementing the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council’s revitalisation masterplan for the emirate’s Shahama and Bahia areas, the conveniently located Deerfields Townsquare mall has an easy accessibility to the freeway.
Upon completion, the shopping mall will feature 180 stores spread over three floors. Its garden level will be reserved for casual dining. A parking space for up to 3,000 cars will also be featured.
The mall will also house various major global brands to lease retail space at the mall, including Carrefour, Rolex, Starbucks, Nine West, and Aldo.
The Deerfields Townsquare will officially open its doors to the customers in October 2013. The mall’s soft opening will take place on 6 May 2013.
The shopping centre is expecting a high footfall, about 12 million people during the first year of the mall’s operations, and 15 million a year from the second year onwards.
