The residential scheme will offer 273 Scandinavian homes which will be developed by preserving the historic importance of the area. Designed to be functional, flexible and sustainable, the new scheme will feature a listed farmhouse.

Residential neighbourhood will be built around a large park with a living fence in the middle of the area. It will also feature a network of walking and biking trails for residents. Around the park there will be a diverse selection of properties like farm houses, detached houses, townhouses, and apartments in the small streets.

All the floor plans in the Long Lane scheme will feature high ceilings, ample natural light, and extensive built-in storage. The buildings will be constructed using renewable energy wherever possible.

All the homes will be designed as per standard ‘Lifetime Homes’ and will follow a series of accessibility requirements. The homes will also be designed to meet the British Code for Sustainable Homes on level four or five.
