Designed by South Africa-based design practice, Patterson Associates and owned by Samson Corporation, the Geyser building features spacious retail floor, 24 offices and a 165-car stacking machine. The building features sustainable designs, which offers huge cost-savings for businesses.

To promote environmental, cultural and social well being, the buildings are positioned around a courtyard. A system of atrium has been featured with pedestrian linkages to promote networking and a sense of community.

The new facility also features state-of-the-art eco-technology that enables the building to heat itself by trapping warm air between its walls in the winter, while in summer the entire outer skin opens electronically for full ventilation. It also has an automated car-stacking machine, which parks the car for the person.

Geyser uses nearly one third less energy, half the amount of artificial lighting and water, and 100% fresh air. It has also incorporated rainwater harvesting system to store and supply water to the toilets and irrigation system. The building is in close proximity to major public transport hubs that encourage active transport. It also offers showers, lockers and cycle parks.
