Standard Village Homes, ranging from 1,400 square feet to 2,700 square feet, are priced from $229,000 to $349,000. All Village Homes have alley-entry garages for safer, uncluttered streetscapes and front porches to encourage neighborly interaction.
Atlanta-based Howard House Interior Design designed the interior of the Madison, an airy two-bedroom, 1,431 square feet cottage next to the York, which is 1,835 square feet, has three bedrooms and a den designed by Aesthetics from Seneca.
The Pendleton, a 2,100 square feet home with a master bedroom and bath downstairs and two more bedrooms, baths, a flex room and extra storage space upstairs, overlooks natural green space. Designed by Florida-based Kay Green Design, the front and sides of the Greek Revival-style home has large porches.
Phase I, which has 49 homes, including custom designs, have already been contracted to be built by eight families. Cook Brothers Custom Homes is building a custom country-style, two-story residence on a one-third acre corner site.
