The ALT Hotel Toronto Pearson hotel is inspired by trends in Europe and Asia. The structure will span 13 storeys and will be comparatively smaller than the more upscale Sheraton Gateway Hotel located at Terminal 3.
The 149-room hotel will offer more than 10,000 square feet of meeting space in a modern setting. In addition, the hotel will also include a gym and workout area. The lobby of the hotel will feature a café and reading areas. The interior of the hotel will reflect a design that characterises ALT Hotels’ signature style of chic interiors with no frills.
The hotel will be located at the end of the link train line that shuttles passengers between terminals at Pearson. Construction work for the hotel is slated to begin shortly. Quebec-based Groupe Germain Hospitality is building the hotel.
