Located near the southwest corner of 89th Street Parkway and Renner Road in Lenexa, the new global headquarters will be in close proximity to the Lenexa City Center development, which is expected to include retail, restaurants, hotels, biking and walking trails, and more. Klover Architects of Overland Park will serve as the architect while J.E. Dunn Construction Company is the general contractor.
The two-storey building will span 240,000 square-feet, and will be more than double the size of the company’s current headquarters building. The Perceptive Software campus will include two, four-storey buildings constructed on approximately 13.4 acres of land that will be owned by Perceptive Software, a 540-stall garage and a 921-space surface parking lot.
The open, light-filled facility will feature an atrium with glass, including internal bridges that connect the two buildings. The interior work environment will maximise access to natural light. The buildings will be designed and built to LEED standards.
The project is expected to complete by spring 2014.
