Sprawling over 8.38 acres, the Tustin Pacific Center will be built near the 55 Freeway and Edinger Avenue in Tustin. Tustin Pacific Center was designed by Gene Fong Associates, with interior architecture by Johnson Brand Design Group, Inc.

Tustin Pacific Center will include a 16,180 square feet retail space, which will offer restaurant, coffee shops, banks, business service providers and other retailers.

The hospitality part of the development includes development of two, four-storey hotels, which will accommodate a 149-room Residence Inn by Marriott and a 145-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. The hotels will iterate the latest design philosophy of Marriott and are likely to be the first of their kind in Southern California.

The Tustin Residence Inn will be among the first of its kind in the US, particularly Southern California. The hotel will offer spacious studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom guest suites, which will be complete with the latest technology and connectivity. The suites will include work areas, full kitchens and upscale bathrooms.

The Tustin Fairfield Inn & Suites will also be the first of its kind in California. The hotel will offer advanced functionality and innovative features. The amenities for the guests at both locations will consist of outdoor areas with pools, spas, fire pits and a sports court, exercise rooms, convenience markets, breakfast areas, business centres. The hotels will have a shared 2,950 square feet of meeting space.

The hotels are scheduled for opening in August 2013. R.D. Olson will retain the ownership of the hotels, while Marriott International will provide management services.
