The new stadium will boast a seating capacity of 18,000, which will be built over a 14-acre site, located at 1125 Coleman Ave. across the street from Mineta San Jose International Airport. The stadium will feature 12 fixed level suites, with each featuring a private bar and lounge area and high definition TVs.

The suites will have 17 seats and six additional space and will also feature sliding doors, which will separate indoor and outdoor area and double as climate control. The stadium will have European roof design that will cover all stands.

The stadium will be designed as an open air stadium and feature natural grass on the playground. It will have single deck, which will offer closest view. The stadium will have four VIP parking garages, which will be directly linked to the stadium by means of private entrance.

Construction of the stadium will be undertaken by US-based Devcon Construction. The stadium is planned to open in 2014. It is expected to entail a cost of $60 million.
