The Skolkovo Business Park is located near to the Skolkovo Innovation Centre, a 460 hectare high-technology business complex for projects in biomedicine, energy and nuclear power, which is being dubbed as Russia’s Silicon Valley.
As reported in bdonline.co.uk, the Skolkovo Business Park will span over 104,000 square metres. It will offer six 14,300 square metre office buildings, which would be designed around a central landscaped space with infinity pools and woodland. The business park will also feature multi-storey car parks and 10,000 square metre of retail space. One of the notable design elements of the business park would be a set of 25m high bronze columns at the entrance.
Skolkovo Business Park will be the first building in Russia to be BREEAM Excellent rated, utilising ice storage below ground to passively cool the buildings.
