The condominium project will include creation of a total of 164 units in Westmount, Quebec in the old offices of pharmaceutical company Charles E. Frosst and Dawson College. The units will encompass six stories of the building with its design drawing inspiration from Far Eastern architecture. An unique feature of the property will include an automated 110-unit parking lot.

The condos will imbibe a host of green features.They will be equipped with geothermal heating and air conditioning system, as well as central heat exchangers. Installation of triple-glazed, low-emission fenestration, and use of passive solar heating will add to the sustainability factor. The green measures employed in the property is expected to reap cost cuts in heating bill by up to 70%.

The condos are slated to be ready for occupancy by June 2013.
