The project aims to increase the size of the facility by 34,000 square feet. The additional space will feature comprehensive centers for cardiovascular, neurological and cancer care that will centralize physicians and services for patients’ ease.
The oncology center on the first floor will feature new patient waiting and treatment rooms with spa-like ambience. The main patient waiting area will feature water features and aquariums in bright, open spaces.
The outpatient chemotherapy area will make use of the latest technology, and every chemo station will be equipped with TV and DVD player.
Additional facilities to be included in the space are a counseling room, space for support groups, an additional office space and increased educational resources.
