Scope of the project involves construction of a new 20,000 square metre facility, for an undisclosed client. The project will be staged in two phases. Phase I will involve construction of a 9,800 square metre addition to the base of the current Law School Tower. Work in the phase II involves renovation of the existing 15,500 square metre facility.
The project will be developed in compliance with several environmental principles and is being aspired for the LEED Silver certification.
The phase I of the project is scheduled to begin in December 2012 and is penciled for completion in May 2015. The phase II of the project will commence in June 2014 and is scheduled for completion in August 2015.
