Transforming the building to meet the requirements of the today’s occupiers, the refurbishment scheme will renovate 100,000 square feet gross internal area of the building. The project involves demolition, structural alterations and reconstruction of a new top office floor.

New plant will be installed on the roof and basement, with all floors having new services fitted out to the highest internal standard.

Apart from that the facades will be refurbished with stone alterations and new curtain wall installation, whilst new cladding will be provided to the roof.

Targeting for BREEAM Excellent rating, the building will be refurbished with sustainable design elements.

Work is set to begin in May 2013 and is scheduled to complete by 2014.
