The building incorporates several green features such as installation of glazed windows across the entire facility to allow natural light penetration to 98% of the occupied areas. A solar thermal system fitted on the roof helps in heating the water to meet domestic purposes. The centre is also equipped with automatic and low-flow water fixtures to slash water wastage by a maximum of 64%.

The facility makes use of an ultra-violet and CO2 pool water treatment system which adds to its sustainability. The system cuts down the amount of chemicals utilised for pool maintenance and hence, upgrades the quality of air. Other eco-friendly features include use of reclaimed materials, diversion of 99% of construction debris from reaching landfills, and procuring 31% of construction materials from within 500 miles of the project site.
