Scheduled to come under Sonesta management, the 17-storey hotel is currently known as the Atlanta Marriott Gwinnett Place.
Located at the Atlanta suburb of Duluth, the Sonesta Gwinnett Place is a 426-guest room hotel. Said to be the largest hotel in Gwinnett County, the hotel also features 15 suites and three concierge floors.
The hotel offers 18 function rooms with more than 16,000 square feet of meeting and event space. It also features an 8,000 square feet Georgia Ballroom, which is designed to accommodate up to 1,000 guests.
Aiming at providing comfort as well as pleasure to the guests, the hotel also features a steakhouse, lounge and casual dining restaurant, swimming pool, health club, sundeck, and free parking.
