The Spanish clothing and accessory brand Zara, has opened two stores in UAE – one at Bawadi Mall in Alain, and the other at the Abu Dhabi Mall in Abu Dhabi, in partnership with Dubai’s retail organization, Dubai Holding Group (DHG).
In Alain, the 1,168 square meter Zara store is located on the ground floor of the recently opened Bawadi Mall. The mall, which is considered to be the largest in the city, accommodates eight movie theaters, a 16 lane bowling alley, food-court and more.
In Abu Dhabi, the 1,323 square meter Zara store is located on the first floor of the Abu Dhabi Mall, which is currently the largest mall in Abu Dhabi. The mall houses more than 200 stores, including a cineplex, supermarkets, a large hypermarket, food court and 40 international food outlets and restaurants.
Zara is a leading international fashion company. Established in 1975, it now has a network of over 1,500 stores in operation in prime locations worldwide.
Dubai Holding Group is a progressive retail company established in 2000. It manages international fashion franchise stores through-out the UAE. In addition to the Zara brand, other labels include Zara Home, Stradivarius, women’secret, Gerard Darel and Promod.
