The scheme is being developed within the premier master-planned community of Candelas. The project involves eight different design layouts consisting of ranch, two-storey homes and main floor master bedroom homes, which vary in area in the range of 2,266-3,554 square feet. The architecture of the homes blends timeless architecture with casual luxury.
The homes have been designed on the new architectural concept – The Artistry of Home, which doctorates open plan layout. The homes have a sense of flow from room to room and establishes a connection between the indoor and outdoor, bringing in abundant natural light into the inner spaces.
The homes have a casual living room and up to six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The oversized kitchen flows into the great room. Certain homes have an outdoor covered area called Colorado room. Externally, the homes reflect Mountain Ranch, Craftsman and Prairie style design elements.
The project is being developed in compliance with sustainable principles of construction. The developer will install solar panels onto the roof of the homes, which will generate green power to fuel energy requirements of the homes. The homes will be ENERGY STAR qualified, which will enable the residents to reap energy cost savings of up to 30%.
