The proposed development will be developed on a 75 homesites in Twin Creeks, a 760-acre master-planned community in Cedar Park area of northwest Austin. The developer plans to offer one- and two-storey designs in 16-different floorplans to the buyers.

Each home will be built on a 60 feet by 90 feet homesite. The homes will be defined by large-scale open space. They will feature highly-appointed gourmet kitchen that will flow into an expansive great room. The master bedroom will be complete with spa-like master baths. The homes will also have outdoor living spaces that will allow for al fresco dining and entertaining.

The amenities for the residents of the Reserve at Twin Creeks will consist of a private clubhouse and recreation centre complete with a junior Olympic-sized pool and a private golf course. In addition, the residents will also benefit from the amenities of the Cedar Park.
