Aiming to enhance the club experience, Vyne House will be designed by the architectural firm Peacock + Lewis. It will be constructed in three phases.
The initial phase will focus on the Vyne House shops, inclusive of a deli, ice cream parlor, and cafe. It is expected to open in early 2013. The second phase will involve construction of a free-standing building that will house the community’s state-of-the-art spa. A sports training facility featuring tennis and bocce will replace the community’s existing golf studio, and the creation of a business centre and new home for the golf club will round out the construction process in its final stage.
Drawing its inspiration from the great parks of Europe, the landscape of 461-acre Talis Park features olive and citrus trees, scenic lakes, and a montage of monuments, bridges and fountains.
