The project involves redevelopment of the Riverview Park, which is located near Loop 202 and 101. The redevelopment of the 150-acres Riverview Park will allow the club to use the facility all year round.

The new facility will also incorporate seven full-size practice fields and one infield-only natural-turf practice field. The reconfiguration of the Riverview Park will include an innovative playground, large grass and shaded areas, event space and interactive water features. The stadium will have a maximum capacity of 15,000 spectators. It will include a video board, shaded seats, luxury suites, and several gathering areas which will be used for various community events.

Located within the spheres of development is a lake, which will serve both as an urban fishing zone, as well as a source for irrigation for the entire site. The project also involves development of new pedestrian paths to connect the park and lake to the new stadium.

Completion is scheduled for late 2013.
