The third building of Quattro is a six-storey condominium block. All the residential units in the block have nine feet high ceilings, with an exception of top floor units, which have floor to ceiling height of ten feet.

The building offers a host of luxury offerings, which consist of wood grain laminate cabinets, granite countertops, 12’x24’ floor tile in entry, laundry, bathrooms and kitchens. The homes will have modern track lighting for directional lighting options. Each unit will have oversized energy-efficient double glazed windows, which will bathe the interiors with natural light and bring in natural air.

The developer is providing 1.5” light weight concrete topping between floors to make the buildings sound proof. To further improve the acoustic profile, robust insulated double 2” x6” framed party wall have been instated between every unit.

The timber frame enabled the developer to reduce cost and construction time of the building. The height of Quattro complies with the new British Columbia (BC) Building Code. The building also complies with stringent fire code, keeping its safety profile at par with other construction methods.

The Quattro project is a multi-phase development located at the corner of 108 Avenue and Whalley Boulevard in Surrey. Sprawling over 12-acres site, the Quattro project has delivered three buildings. The development will have double gated parking facility with divided visitor and resident parking and a fully equipped fitness facility in every building.
