Designed to serve as a financial hub and gathering space for communities and businesses, the new, 6,874 square feet store will provide community banking, home lending and commercial banking services.
Located at a 15-storied, mixed-use tower at 225 West Santa Clara in the central business district of San Jose, the new store will include signature features of Umpqua’s store design on the ground floor, such as an interactive ‘discover wall’ showcasing information about financial tools, products and community events, a computer café and free Wi-Fi, and a phone with a direct line to the bank’s CEO. The second floor will accommodate Umpqua’s commercial lending, home lending and business banking teams.
The build-out is expected to be complete in the first quarter of 2013.
