Vynagrip matting is highly slip resistant and has been used in the residential courtyard to improve comfort, safety and acoustics. Made out of concrete substrate floor, it will also form the ceiling of the underground car park.
Specified by flooring contractor Wibatec, the 15mm high Vynagrip matting can absorb standing pools of water while its aggressive and deep etched surface provides an effective slip resistance. The open grid construction helps in quick dissipation and dispersal of water through the surface.
The matting is non-porus and is also resistant to mould algae, oils and other liquids. Moreover, it is loose laid and contours easily over uneven surfaces, making it safe and comfortable underfoot. It also provides high level of slip resistance while its cushioning effect eliminates the echoing footsteps.
The matting is available in various colours of red, blue or black with the additional option of black with yellow edge bands for Vynagrip Plus. Vynagrip matting is environmentally-friendly as it is manufactured with 30% post-industrial recycled material, and is fully recyclable. It is supplied in 5m or 10m roll lengths, and is 60, 91 and 122cm wide. Individual modules with yellow safety ramping to three sides are available in 80 x 120cm or 100 x 150cm.
