Located at the heart of the Chelsea Conservation Area, Anchor House was constructed in 1985. The £250,000 ($403, 050) refurbishment project has incorporated a flowing glass theme throughout the building, providing high quality office space to current BCO standards. The building also achieved a BREEAM rating of Excellent.

Washroom Washroom supported the renovation project by providing bespoke products to give a uniquely translucent refurbished look to the space. The project required a tough tolerance level for the glass to hold up at every aspect of the design from the sanitary ware right through to the handles.

The five-storey Anchor House features various products from Washroom Washroom like Alto cubicle, flush doors and frontage and unique back painted glass on both sides. Offering stainless steel profiles to vertical edges, the company provided an innovative design to the building.

The sleek and modern design matched the FC front glass faced paper towel dispensers and WC ducts utilising Washroom’s glass panel system. The glass panel system has been specifically designed for extreme durability. Extending the glass finish to the common areas of the building, Washroom Specialist Joinery provided a matching glass reception desk and glass wall linings around the lift lobby.
