The winning design by Danish design and architectural practice is based on the principles of healing architecture. The design also upholds aesthetics, which are usually considered in contrast with that of a conventional health institution.

The design is an elaboration on the familiar contour and scale of a house. The design reflects not simply a residential structure but is designed to be an iconographic building with small individual houses linked via a sculptural roof structure. The 1800 square meter facility is designed in close integration with the surrounding landscape consisting of an inner courtyard, several terraces and themed gardens.

The design will be realised in collaboration with Hellerup Byg, Bravida Danmark, Wessberg Ingeniører and Metopos Landscape.
