Designed to present a refreshing, lifestyle-based community coupled with the charm and convenience of urban-village living, The Brownstones is the initial phase of The Summit at Rivery Park, which is a 32-acre mixed-use development located off Rivery Boulevard.
The $62 million, Phase II of The Summit will construct 225-room, four-star hotel with banquet rooms, 51,000 square feet of conference space as well as structured parking. It will also feature high-end boutique and retail, five restaurants and 114 single-family attached residences.
